The Coaching ProcessCoaching is an interactive process between the Coach and you as the Client designed to accelerate your progress to your ideal life. It involves the Coach guiding, supporting and championing you to find your own solutions to your own problems and does not involve the coaching telling you how to run your life. Finding Your Purpose If you decide to proceed, then this is what happens next... Step 1 - Complete The Intake Exercises You can print out the Intake Exercises by clicking on the links below. For Intake Exercise Instructions, click here For Intake Exercises, click here Step 2 - Book Your Intake Session If you prefer, the Intake Session can be carried out over the phone - this is appropriate if you wish to keep your identity secret or if you live some distance from London. We also coach people who live in other countries and in these circumstances we can coach by telephone or by using Skype video conferencing. The Intake Session takes about 90 minutes. Together with your coach you will go through your Intake Exercises and discover what they reveal about you, plus you will get a clear idea of what you can expect to get from a period of coaching. The Intake Session is massively discounted and costs just £30. Step 3 - Decide How Many Sessions You Want If you do decide to proceed with a period of coaching you will then agree with your coach the length of period you want. Life-coaching usually comprises of one 30-minute telephone call per week and depending on the issues you want to deal with a period of between 6 to 13 weeks is usually appropriate. This period is long enough to enable you to make substantial progress towards achieiving your goals, whilst being short enough to motivate you into taking action. Step 4 - Start Your Coaching! Considerations In view of this, coaching is ONLY appropriate for people who are prepared to take responsibility for their life and who accept that the life that they are currently living is due to the choices that they made in the past. As life coaches we are not qualified to deal with medical issues so if, during a period of coaching, issues surface which lie beyond our expertise we will guide clients to the appropriate medical professionals.
