Our personal development courses are designed to provide participants with a fast, enjoyable and powerful way to resolve particular issues.
The courses use a range of personal development, life-coaching, NLP, positive psychology and therapy techniques, to identify and overcome the obstacles preventing participants achieiving their goals. Participants undertake a range of exercises, individually, in pairs and in groups designed to accelerate their self-awareness and develop their confidence and resources and have lots of fun along the way!

2. "How To Unleash Your Full Potential!" |

This 1-Day Course is designed for people who are not satisfied with the results they have achieved so far in life and who want to explore the invisible forces that are blocking their way.
This is essentially an introduction to a variety of the most powerful life-coaching techniques, and participants will be invited to apply the techniques to their lives.
By the end of the day, participants will have a clear idea of their needs, values, and motivations; they will have learnt how to transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones; they will have developed a range of inspiring, life-enhancing goals and they will have developed the confidence that it is within their power to achieve these goals.
Participants will also be trained to provide each other with Post-Course Coaching.
After the Course, participants may decide to:
- Coach themselves (A selection of books will be recommended for this)
- Undertake a period of 1-to-1 coaching with a qualified life-coach, or
- Train as a life-coach themselves (Courses will be recommended for this.)
